We’ve been helping customers find the perfect flooring for their homes for many years, and we’re proud of our reputation for great value, expert advice, and friendly service. From free measuring and estimating to professional fitting and delivery, our goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and affordable.
We require a 20% deposit at the time you place your order.
If you are paying by cheque, payment must be made at least 4 days before delivery/installation to allow time for clearance through the banking system.
The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of us letting you know that your goods are ready for delivery/installation, and in any case at least 24 hours before installation.
If you’d like to discuss alternative payment arrangements, please let us know at the time of sale.
